We think it's a good choice for staying in Great Yarmouth. The staff are attentive and decent, managed the parking onsite. There is lots of well presented food for breakfast. The location is incredible and brilliant, 2 km from Elizabethan House Museum.

Plus, staff should definitely enhance their communication skills regarding special requests and ensure that rooms are well-maintained before guests arrive!!!

The hotel has potential with its lovely sea views and excellent staff. The rooms need better maintenance. I appreciated the good breakfast and enjoyed my meals, but the dated bathrooms and uncomfortable mattresses were disappointing. It was a pleasant trip with room for improvement.

pleasant stay , but not without hiccups

The staff were genuinely attentive and responsive to our needs. The shower had excellent pressure.

We struggled with the TV issue at first without a remote.
